Complicated Animals’ Monica da Silva and Chad Alger have an affinity for crime dramas, and Nordic noir TV. Their new track Watcher is the embodiment of that affinity. 

Watcher began with a haunting piano and vocal line, that da Silva would play on repeat, every time she would sit down at the piano. Producer and musician Chad Alger added programming and pulsating strings, that lift the choruses, and swirl around the thematic, swelling melody.
